Robert Eames

Our founder and co-principal is Robert Eames.

Robert has forty years experience in management and consulting at senior levels. He has worked in Australia and overseas in operational, financial and marketing management. He has extensive experience in business reform across sectors and within organisations of all sizes. Much of his work has involved service delivery to consumer or corporate customers.

He has a Management Science degree (MSc) from Imperial College, London, and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance (GradDipCorpFin) from Swinburne University of Technology, as well as an Honours degree in Geography. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds the Australian TAE40116 adult Training and Assessment qualification.

Robert’s consulting expertise covers large and small business reform projects from scoping and assessment through analysis and recommendation and on to implementation. His expertise in business process is enhanced by strength in information technology and finance, enabling him to span the complementary elements of business management.

Robert is an experienced business facilitator, having delivered outcomes from senior management meetings and workshops, whether over hours or days. Amongst highlights, he was chosen as one of the facilitators for the Prime Minister’s 2020 Summit at Parliament House.

Robert is also an experienced presenter of management education, having delivered courses to over 2000 middle and senior level staff in recent years.

Robert is Director and Co-Principal of Fivenines Consulting Pty Ltd, a company he set up in 2001. He was previously a Principal Consultant with Simsion Bowles & Associates which he joined in 1995.
