Wendy Geraghty

Wendy has over twenty five years experience in management and
consulting. She has worked in operational and financial management, and has consulted
in a variety of industry sectors, both public and private. She has extensive experience
in process re-design, business strategy, organisation reviews, change management,
communication, course development and workshop facilitation. She also has broad
experience as a manager of complex business environments, customer service, and
of project teams implementing change.

 

Her academic qualifications are a Masters of Business Administration (Executive) from
AGSM, a Masters in Information Systems Management from the Swinburne University
of Technology as well as an Associate Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Radiography from
Riverina CAE, and a Building Societies Institute Associateship in Economic Principles
and Financial Law. Wendy is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
(GAICD).

 

Wendy specialises in change management, process reform, and information management.

 

She advises and supports clients in the development and implementation of change
management plans, including facilitating workshops involving affected stakeholders
so that they can develop strategies to cope with organisational change. She has a
successful formula for winning management and staff support during major process
and systems change, including repeatable techniques that can be deployed across the
business.

 

Wendy has a passion for helping organisations find better ways of working. Her ability
to understand quickly, and in detail, how people work, allows her to develop effective
reform solutions to improve business processes within an organisation.

 

Understanding the information needs of an organisation, and developing a practical
solution for information management problems is a specialised skill. Wendy understands
and analyses these problems from multiple perspectives, allowing her to develop
robust conceptual solutions. She is also skilled at taking these concepts and making
them real for the organisation, so that staff end up with greatly improved information
management tools.

 

Wendy is Director and Co-Principal of Fivenines Consulting. She was previously a
Managing Consultant with Simsion Bowles & Associates following a career with
ANZ which included operational management and enterprise reform project roles.
